Quality Policy

Territorial Waters is a marine supply company based in Darwin, Northern Territory.  Our goal is to meet the quality management performance expected by all of our stakeholders.

We will achieve this by:

• Identifying non conformance and managing risks to “as low as reasonably practical” levels
• Implementing processes and policies that will achieve our quality performance goals and perform regular audits to achieve continual improvement
• Ensure that designs, manufacturing, materials and equipment all conform to relevant quality and regulatory acceptance criteria
• Providing training and resources that will enable our company and crew to achieve our quality management goals
• Communicating openly and regularly with our crew and other stakeholders to determine our goals and objectives with regards to the quality of our service and product and to develop solutions and increase stakeholder engagement
• Requiring all crew and contractors  adhere to our quality policy and report on any concerns
